Loop Stitching

Loop stitched brochures are produced in exactly the same was as saddle-stitched books, except that the outermost part of the stitch, or staple, is formed with a loop that allows the brochure to be clipped into a ring binder or lever arch file.

We can produce loop stitched brochures with 2 or 4 loop stitches depending on your requirements. This would normally be based on the type of folder that the brochures need to be inserted into.

As with saddle-stitching the following options are also available on most loop stitched brochures:

  • Fold-out flaps on the cover or inside pages;
  • A die-cut cover section;
  • Having the brochures stitched inside a pocket-folder;

As an alternative to loop stitching your brochures we are also able to drill 2 or 4 holes down the spine edge of each brochure to allow them to be clipped into the binder.
