The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is a global non-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of responsible forest management. By working to promote environmentally and socially beneficial forest management, FSC helps both local communities and society at large to enjoy the long-term benefits of managing forests in a responsible way. As the world's most respected forest certification scheme, FSC is a global system with certificates issued in all forest types around the world.
The FSC's global forest certification system has two key components: Forest Management and Chain of Custody certification. This allows consumers to identify, purchase and use timber and forest products produced from well managed forests.
Please note that although we are not FSC certified, all the paper merchants that we use do carry this certification, and although most of the paper we source is FSC certified, because we don't hold the accreditation ourselves we are not allowed to reproduce the FSC logo on any of the work that we print.
Further information can be found on the FSC (International) or FSC (UK) websites.
