Saddle-Stitched Brochures

Saddle-stitching is the most common type of binding for booklets, brochures and magazines. We can produce saddle-stitched brochures in sizes ranging from A6 up to A3, in any number of pages up to about 10mm thick. Depending on the paper thickness in most cases this allows us to saddle-stitch brochures from 8-Pages up to around the 100-Page mark.

With this type of binding, sheets are folded, collated together (gathered), stitched then trimmed on three sides to make a very neat finish. In addition to basic saddle-stitching there are some different options available when producing this type of brochure, shown below.

To enable us to quote for your saddle-stitched brochures please make sure you supply the following information:

  • The finished size;
  • Whether it's portrait or landscape;
  • The number of pages;
  • The type of printing;
  • The paper type for the inner pages and the cover section;
  • Whether you need any extra finishing such as laminating, die-cutting or uv-spot varnishing;
  • The quantity required;
